We had a really good chat with Andy from Somerset Community Foundation and Sarah who is from Somerset Council.
We discussed having a webinar meeting with all the organizations together in one meeting.
We have designed a survey to make sure we can get an understanding of groups who use self advocacy and their charity in whole, to get a better understanding of their situation.
We discussed how to make sure more people do the surveys by sending out postcards to them.
We discussed the idea of meeting in the future with people who want to come and discuss all the different topics we discussed with the groups.
We also truly believe when we start chatting to the groups, it will be an important part of the lives of people with learning disabilities in Somerset.
